Privacy policy

Dekoura is a creator management and influencer marketing agency. In this policy, "we" means Dekoura. You can reach us at jalal@dekoura.org.

When you fill in one of our surveys, we collect the answers you give us. For creators, that includes your name, email, channel link, channel details, audience details and the brands you want to work with. For brands, that includes your name, work email, company details, budget range and campaign details.

We also collect basic, anonymous visit data, such as which pages are viewed. This uses Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.

We use your answers to review your application or inquiry, to reply to you, and, if we work together, to match creators and brands.

We only share a creator's details with a brand after both sides agree to work together. Shortlists we send to brands do not include creator names.

We do not sell your information.

Our website is hosted by Vercel. Survey answers are stored with Supabase and sent to our email, which is run by [FILL IN: your email provider].

We keep survey answers for [FILL IN: e.g. 24 months], or until you ask us to delete them.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Email jalal@dekoura.org and we'll reply within 24 hours.

We only contact creators and brands from an @dekoura.org email address. If anyone else claims to be from Dekoura, it isn't us.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
